There is a new offer from the eBay seller "bpdqus" that began on November 10, 2008 (at 3:31 pm Eastern US time). Bpdqus is offering 100 of these at $6.50.

These will be offered at this price until 3:31 pm (Eastern US time) on November 20, 2008, or until all 100 are sold. Bpdqus will be sending these from HONG KONG to any location worldwide.
